The STEPCRAFT V-Pad 55 SP Set contains all the materials you need to get started with professional vacuum clamping technology, including a vacuum-box and four V-Pad 55 SP vacuum-pads.
The vacuum-box generates the necessary overpressure for the lifting piston (sliding pin) of the V-Pad 55 SP via the connected compressor compressed air, or, by simply switching manually, the vacuum for fixing the workpiece. The vacuum is generated by an integrated vacuum ejector.
The pads have a high holding force and an integrated lifting piston (sliding pin) for easy positioning of the workpiece.
The pads are coolant-compatible and additional pads can be connected if required.
Fastening of one pad is simply be done with one single screw in the groove of the machine table.
After suction, the workpieces are clamped at a height of exactly 16 mm above the machine table.
