CMT straight cutters feature special Fatigue Proof® steel and micrograin carbide, in order to extend the useable life of the bit, provide a sharper edge for longer whether cutting man made materials or natural timber. The design of the bit give exceptional chip ejection, giving clean cutting throughout the job, and a consistent result from start to finish.

Straight bits are the essential multipurpose router bits you can't do without. Used for trimming, mortising and tenoning, tongue and groove forming and rabbeting.

The end of the bit is sharpened to allow short plunge cuts on bits 9mm and larger in diameter. All CMT bits are submitted to strict quality control ensuring a perfect bit with outstanding cutting ability, balance and concentricity.
