Dust shoe M-Series

The universal exhaust adapter for your STEPCRAFT M-Series!

The suction shoe is attached with four neodymium magnets which allows for a quick and easy assembly and disassembly. Additionally, the transparent suctions provides a clear view of the milling process and the end mill.

Thanks to the automatic height compensation of 49 mm (Z direction), the exhaust adapter adjusts optimally to the respective workpiece material while the robust double row brushes provide a very good sealing. The guide with igus® plain bearings is integrated into the Z-axis and can be upgraded easily. Additionally, the exhaust adapter can be fixed in the upper position with the magnetic lock during maintenance works. 

Note: The downholder adapter is not compatible with the universal exhaust adapter.

Note: In case you did not receive a safety brush with your M-Series, please select the according configuration during the ordering process. This way it is secured, that you receive all required parts.


Optional accessories

• Control the vacuum speed and efficiency  with the optional air regulator.
• The exhaust adapter is designed for use with the automatic tool changer. The necessary, optional accessories will soon be available in our shop.
